Junior Barista

Requirements

• Daily operation at Front of House at 6 Letter Coffee, 6 Letter Brunch or any other locations due to business needs

• Prepare coffee using espresso machine, latte art, smoothie bowls, waffle and other F&B items according to SOP

• Assist in serving customers food and beverages, provide execellent customer service, cashier duties, dishwashing duties, general cleaning and upkeep aesthetics in 6 Letter Coffee, 6 Letter Brunch cafe

• Assist inventory stock check

• Assist in ordering of F&B materials (Senior position)

• Assist in rostering duties and general administrative work (Senior position)

• Able to work in multiple locations (Tanjong Katong, Frankel Avenue)

• Providing highest quality standard in customer service and 5S housekeeping

• Work as a TEAM (Together Everyone Achieve More)

• Ensure strict adherence to food safety according to SFA food hygiene and practices

• Training and support provided

• Salary and position commensurate with experience

• Part time positions for weekend
